An Ordinary Man - Poem

A Wedding reception,
 Late evening time,
People gathered there,
Dressed up as a bride,
 Every face carrying a smile,
Aroma of delicious food,
Melting in mouth,
All eyes enjoying the sight,
Faces overflowing with joy,
While elders looks sitting around,
Talking about their life,
All waiting to see new bride.

The Marriage Party
The moment filled with perfume,
Sweet music stirred the air,
The sky illuminating  with stars,
Reminded one romantic sight,
As princess, dressed up the girls,
Looking handsome hands that night,
All faces, why turned right,
Oh, holding each other’s hands,
There new couple arrived,
Got up all that moment,
All faces greeted with smiles.

The party in their full spirit,
When  fascinating lips performed a song,
Dancing in spell the blooms that night,
New couple busy in photo with guests,
Unnoticed, at entrance someone arrived,
Dim eyes, on face casting no expression of line,
Cloths looking without any spark,
Hard felt an artist to draw his portrait,
So look made him invisible,
No eye saw him that night.

Marriage Party Sight
Sitting there, looking around,
All eyes knew him,
But not recognized,
He was there,
But he wasn’t there,
Like came here uninvited that night,
Smiling two faces, his father’s friends,
No one word of condolence,
That your father was kind man,
Why I begging  two words of sympathy,
After thinking, to father’s friends returned big smile.

There party got holt,
When collided four eyes,
One groom other ignored man,
Both held each other,
See fortune, friends, fame, are my side
Still  remember, how you humiliated,
Me that dark night,
Look yourself, still an ordinary man,
Ignored him and turned to bride.

Ordinary Man Left the Party
The night was growing,
People parsing  the meal,
Dancing girls, boys together,
Holding handsome hands,
Everyone was so happy,
But where was ordinary man?
